Why Vakeel Junction
Ordinary people and small businesses in India too often run between a lawyer, a consultant and an agent — never sure who to trust or what it should cost. We brought it all to one junction.
Every practice area is led by counsel who works in that field daily — not a generalist.
Fixed or staged professional fees agreed before work starts. Government fees at actuals.
Urgent filings — bail, injunctions, trademark — moved within 24–48 hours.
A single person accountable to you from first call to final order.
We consult in English, Hindi, Bengali — in person, on call or on WhatsApp.
Audit-ready briefs, chronologies and filings you can actually read.
Our advocates
Every matter is led by one advocate who knows your file. Browse by specialisation and book directly.

If yours is not here, it takes one message to ask.
Yes. The first 15-minute call or WhatsApp conversation is free. We use it to understand the matter, tell you honestly whether you need a lawyer, and quote a written fee if you do.
Yes. Registrations (trademark, FSSAI, GST, MSME, ISO, company) are handled fully online for clients anywhere in India. For litigation outside West Bengal we appear through trusted associate advocates and High Court counsel, with your named advocate still coordinating the matter.
Every engagement starts with a written fee. Registrations are a fixed professional fee plus government fees at actuals. Litigation is quoted per stage — drafting, filing, hearings — so you always know the cost before the next step.
Typical turnarounds: Udyam (MSME) 1–2 working days, GST 3–7 days, FSSAI 7–15 days, company or LLP incorporation 7–12 days. A trademark is filed within 48 hours and the ™ symbol can be used immediately; registration itself takes the Registry 8–18 months.
You get a named advocate and updates at every milestone on WhatsApp or email — filing receipts, hearing dates, orders. Documents are shared as they are filed, so nothing sits in a drawer.
Yes. Urgent matters are prioritised: bail applications and injunction petitions are typically moved within 24–48 hours, and legal notices go out within 2–3 days, subject to court timings and the documents you can provide.
