Overview
What this covers
A trademark gives your brand a distinct, enforceable legal identity — protecting your name, logo or tagline from copycats. We handle the entire process end-to-end: search, class selection, filing of Form TM-A, examination replies, and registration.
Once registered, your mark is valid for 10 years and renewable indefinitely, letting you use the ® symbol and take action against infringers.
