Questions
Common questions about property law
How do I verify a property title before buying?
A proper title search examines the chain of ownership (typically 30 years), encumbrance certificates, mutation records, approved plans and any litigation. We conduct this due diligence before you commit funds.
Can I claim against a builder for delayed possession under RERA?
Yes. RERA allows homebuyers to claim a refund with interest or possession with delay-compensation. We file and pursue these complaints before the State RERA authority.
